Palimills aspire to ensure that our customer is completely happy and we endeavour to provide the best to you. In order to deliver you the correct and right product, our team of experts do a rigorous check in terms of the fabric's impeccable quality, it's colour, it's quantity as per the order number and code before it's ready for dispatch. Hence, we do not allow any returns.
In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will exchange the product and will send the original product ordered. But please note, it has to be intimated to us via email on info@palimills.com immediately or within 48 hours on receipt of the product. Hence, we urge you to check the product received immediately upon receipt.
Please note: Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size are NOT returnable/exchangeable.
Once an item is opened or used, it is no longer exchangeable/returnable.

If for any specials reasons you're eligible for a refund, it will take around 20 days minimum.
To facilitate the return or exchange process, we require few photos:
(i) Product photos with tag: Essential for verification.
(ii) Packaging photo: Must be taken in the same bag as received, with the tag visible.
(iii) Package photo during handover to the pickup person.
These images ensure accurate processing and swift resolution of your request, If the product is returned in different packaging or sent any different product, the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
